You are important!

You are important. Yes i just said that. Do you know that is how God sees you? But do you really see yourself like that? I know you might have made terrible mistakes in the past. You might have made some irrepairable errors and all the experiences left you empty and downcast. But do you remember what the Word Says in Isaiah 35 vs 3 'Strengthen ye the weak hands, and confirm the feeble knees.' 

 Regardless of your life mistakes and errors, you are still important. Now you might ask me in what ways are you important? Firstly, you are important because you are alive. A living dog is better than a dead lion. Yes. You are better than those than have died.

You are important because there is a purpose for you to fulfil. God is ever waiting for you to come to the full realization of this.

Secondly, many are waiting for your manifestation. There are so many who will not find their importance if you do notcome to the awareness of youri mportance to God.

You might have grown up among family members who have no clue about who you are and even among people who doesnt know how the values you carry, nevertheless you can always give yourself the right mental image.

I just want to remind you that you should not let yourself go but aspire to be the best you can in the area of your importance and uniqueness.

Till another time, take yourself serious, encourage yourself, be the best you can be because you are important.

The Solution to Domestic Abuse

Dosmetic violence is according to google dictionary, a violent or aggressive behaviour within the home, typically involving the violent abuse of a spouse or partner.

The social media has in recent times been flooded by the same. One question that usually come to mind is that where is the love the partners one shared in the corner and publicly?

How come things became so degenerated into abuse?

It is breath-taking. According to statistics, 1 in 4 women experience this. That is a staggering one.

It is a deviant from what God plans for the home.

The home is supposed to be like heaven on earth.  A place where God dwells and where His glory is experienced. What is the way out for domestic violence? 

Both parties must come to the revelation of divine purpose for the relationship.  It is said that when the purpose of something is not known, abuse is inevitable.

Both parties need not be violent with each other while leaving the personality to be violent with. It is the devil that they need to be violent with. 

When both parties decide to agree and resist the devil, just as the Word says, he will flee.

May God Help us to overcome domestic violence and live a life of glory and honour pleasing to God. Amen.

God is Committed to His Purpose

I will like to ask you and I this question. Are you as committed to God's purpose as He is committed to it? God is a God of purpose.  He created all things with an intention including mankind.
He says he has created man that he might show His glory. Did you hear that?
You and I am meant to show the stuff God is made up of. God should be able to look from heaven as say 'I am proud of Jide', 'I am proud of ............(put your name).
As we know the true satisfaction in life is when we know that what we are or what we are becoming is exactly what is in the mind of God.  There is a sense of fulfilment that only God can give us. No amount of money, fame, power can satisfy it.
Have you and I found our purpose yet? Are we living daily in the light of it.

The Love of God Constrains Us

Hello there, have you ever considered how powerful the love of God is?
The sacrificial love, the kind that is selfless and genuine.
This is the kind of love God asks us to live by everyday of our lives.  
2 Cor 5 vs 14 says For the love of Chris constrains us. Another version puts it this way: For Christ's love compels us. On our own, we would do what seems right in our sight.
However, when we receive the love of God into our hearts our actions and thoughts become guided by the love of Christ. In other words, our motivation switches from selfishness to love-motivated.
Check what you do today and ask yourself; Is it self-motivated or Christ love-motivated?
Would Christ have died for me and you if not for the love that compelled him to leave his glory and became flesh? Love in action!
Would God forgive us our terrible acts when we ask for forgiveness if not for his love that passes human understanding?
Friends, there is a wake-up call to accept the love of Christ and live by it. While there are many things that have replaced people's love for God: money, women, fashion, beauty, power, fame and fortune. God's eyes still run to and fro through the entire world to see who will embrace his love.
Let it be me and you that God would still find among the multitude.

The Laws Of Marriage(2)

GENESIS 2:8-25, ECC. 4:9-11

The devil as a merchant will always attack what God put in place to make you better.  If you are married and your marriage is not good, you are not a sound human being.  You can always make your marriage work by going back to the maker.

A man will fail if he did not allow his wife to function as help.  Your wife is a completion of your spirit.  If you don't treat your spouse correctly, your marriage will suffer and such women or men will function lesser than planned.  It is better to stay single than marry and not work out the marriage well.  A person in a wrong marriage is lesser than a single person.

Better means superior, greater, and stronger than singleness except when such a single person has the gift  of celibacy.  Celibacy is as supernatural as working of miracles. There is no school of celibacy, hence it is not a thing to learn or desire; it is only given supernaturally by God.

In Understanding the Laws of marriage, there are basic things you must know.

• Life already operates by laws.  Like the law of money which is a law of exchange.  Only a thief collects something without giving something in exchange. 
• We cannot break the laws of life; we only break ourselves when we try to.
• You cannot choose the rules of the game; you can only choose the game. You inherit the rules of the game by that choice.  Your birth by God has choice inherited for you.  As you grow, you are responsible for the rules accompanying the choices you make. You must  remember that the laws of life don't threat violation kindly.

So many homes end in divorce and chaos today because they violate the conditions that the maker already set for marriage.  If  we must live blissfully in our homes and become better, then we must embrace the laws of marriage, understand it and live by it.  May home be a heaven on earth and may it be a place for raising Kingdom generals for your generation in Jesus' name.
